A new laptop from Asus has been released, while Samsung’s newest offering is also an ultrabook. Which of these laptops are the best for you?
A question of which high-end laptop is better.
The “asus zenbook 13” is a laptop that has been released by Asus. The laptop features a 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 processor and an AMD Radeon R9 M265X graphics card. It also has 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage capacity. The Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus is a laptop that has been released by Samsung. The laptop features a 3GHz Intel Core i5 processor and an NVIDIA GT 840M graphics card with 4GB GDDR5 memory. It also has 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage capacity.
You’ll undoubtedly be thinking which Ultrabook is the superior Ultrabook, which Ultrabook has the most muscle strength while also having the best design and appearance, among the various Ultrabooks on the market today. Let’s take a look at two premium Ultrabooks, the Asus Zenbook UX301 and the Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus, both of which have an ultra-thin and light design, a brilliant display, and enough muscle power to meet your computing demands. Both the Asus UX301 and the Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus are equipped with the newest 4th generation Intel Haswell processors, as well as QHD and QHD+ touch screens, ultra-fast SSD storage, and a variety of other features. Check out the features and characteristics of each below, and be sure to watch the video comparison of the Asus Zenbook UX301 vs Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus to see which Ultrabook is ideal for you.
Despite being in the same Ultrabook category, the Asus Zenbook UX301 and Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus are quite different. Each has its own set of advantages and disadvantages that will decide if you choose one Ultrabook over the other. On the outside, the Asus Zenbook UX301’s lid is made of Corning Gorilla Glass 3, which gives it a “glassy” yet scratch-resistant finish, which is really rather attractive. The Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus, on the other hand, has a basic matte appearance. The Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus is equipped with a 4thgeneration Intel Haswell CPU, which comes in two flavors: Intel Core i5 or Intel Core i7. Meanwhile, the Asus UX301 has an Intel Core i5 variant but a better Intel Core i7 variant with the Core i7-4558U featuring Intel Iris Graphics 500 integrated graphics processor, which is superior to the Intel HD Graphics 4400 integrated graphics processor in the Core i5-4200U and Core i7-4500U processors.
The Asus UX301 has a 13.3-inch IPS touchscreen display with Quad HD resolution of 25601440, which is another distinction between the two. The Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus, on the other hand, has a 13.3-inch touchscreen display with a significantly higher Quad HD+ resolution of 32001800 pixels. Does a larger resolution, however, imply a higher-quality display? Check out the video comparison below to learn more.
Video Comparison: Asus Zenbook UX301 versus Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus
For me, the Asus UX301 is the superior choice since it has a better mix of characteristics and features, as well as greater processing power (and gaming) and display quality. I particularly enjoy the Gorilla Glass 3 lid surface; it’s quite attractive and distinct. Actually, the Acer Aspire S7 has a Gorilla Glass 3 lid surface as well, but I prefer the Asus UX301. However, if you want a non-glass surface, the ATIV Book 9 Plus is an excellent option.
